Our first time here and won&#39;t be the last. The food is absolutely beautiful with genuine flavours, extremely well cooked. The restaurant was really busy for a Wednesday night and the staff knew just about every one by first name, it&#39;s sort of like one big Malaysian family kitchen. It&#39;s not licensed, just byo, we were full for $25 a head, great value. The decor is tired and apparently hasn&#39;t changed in 20 years, but hey, it works. We will be back regularly.

Rasa Malaya Restaurant

Doesn&#39;t look anything special from the outside. But looks are deceiving. Absolutely delicious Hainanese chicken and lemon chicken. The coconut rice for $2.30 is fantastic value.
